Our Patient Portal is available to patients 18 years of age and older. We will refuse any advertisement that we believe is incompatible with our mission. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. Mayo Clinic fully honors patient freedom of choice and, if you receive a prescription for a Prescription Product from Mayo Clinic or a Mayo Provider, you always have the option to instruct Mayo Clinic to transmit that prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Mayo Clinic also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers.

These Terms of Use also apply to anyone claiming on your behalf.
