The location is perfect and the view is amazing. The room is very clean and large.
If you stay on the 24th floor, you can see the whole of Alicante and have a beautiful sea view. The lift is unsafe, it shakes & the noise is unsettling, it does not open level with each floor and every time it’s used the noise throughout the hotel is infuriating (it’s like table & chairs being scraped along flooring) - I slept no more than 1 hour.

My partner who loves a breakfast and can stomach most, had yogurt and wanted to leave to go elsewhere as the smell is rotten. Bar closes at 10 .30 . Each floor should be protected with a fire door. It’s scary that this place hasn’t been closed as a fire risk, there is only 1 stairway and it’s wide open into each floor level with not a single fire door so if a fire occurs there really is no way out. The position beside the marina and old town is superb. Don't recommend at all.
